We are very excited for this years Gymnastics Camp or Tumbling Camp or Cheer camp. It is hard to name because we do it all. With our full day programs we keep the kids moving and active. In fact they will be exhausted when they have done a day at the gymnastics academy, and they will have had fun. Here is a sample schedule of our Gymnastics summer day camp.
Here is an example of what a typical day will look like (schedule will vary throughout the week):
- 7:30am-8:30am Before Care
- 8:30am-9:00am Free Play/Morning Meeting
- 9:00am-9:45am Ball Yoga (Stretch and Flexibility)
- 9:45am-10:30am Tumbling
- 10:30am-10:45am Snack Break #1
- 10:45am-11:30pm Field Drills (Cardio & Power)
- 11:30pm-12:15pm Cheer/Partner Stunts
- 12:15pm-12:45pm Lunch (Full Day)
- 12:45pm-1:30pm Conditioning (Strength Training)
- 1:30pm-2:15pm Tumbling
- 2:15pm-2:30pm Snack Break #2
- 2:30pm-3:15pm Cheer Dance
- 3:15pm-4:30pm Cheer Pyramids and Routine
- 4:30pm-6:00pm Aftercare (Optional Movie)
